Frankie Hernandez has been a fixture in the American pool scene for decades. It may be that you're not as familiar with the New York City pool scene. At one point, the Seminole Tribe of Florida sponsored five players, and Frankie was one of them, along with Corey Deuel, Joey Korsiac, and I forget the other two. Frankie also worked full-time, but he continued to be a regular on the American pool tournament trial, to include the weekend regional tours like Joss NE 9-Ball Tour.
I'm not saying he lost because he didn't practice beforehand, but in my opinion, not being able to run a few racks of balls before a match seems odd in a professional tournament. And I understand 100 percent his frustration after expending that amount of money to be there. I'm not sure why anyone would find this funny.
And FWIW, I've never heard of you either, but that doesn't mean you're not capable of playing pool on a higher level, unless you're one of the chattering railbirds who wants to appear as if they're a pool aficionado. Okay, Bro?
