Pia Filler hates wood shafts

In the big scheme of things, does anyone REALLY care about what Pia Filler likes or doesn’t like? During the COVID lockdown I met her and Joshua when they were holed up in Roy’s Basement. She went on a bit about how much she loved McDonalds food as she was stuffing one of their breakfast sandwiches in her face. That was enough for me to question her judgement.
Not a very respectful post.........

Pool Ball Collecting.

So I added a couple dynospheres sets to my collection. They were on sale at seybert's so I took the opportunity. Obviously they're lower end sets according to price.View attachment 890747

Right on the box it says that their maximum weight deviation are within 1.5 gr. The lithium were 2.1 gr different and the elementals were 2.6 gr different.

I'm not so disappointed but I was curious if anyone has ever called them out on it?
Private Message them on Facebook. They are very responsive. Keep in mind, these are made from their Dynaplex Resin, not phenolic resin.

Pool Ball Collecting.

Good morning, everyone.

I just wanted to give my fellow pool ball collectors on this wonderful thread an advance heads up.

The Billiard Ball Museum recently released their third limited edition… this time a Raschig tribute set called R16 Deluxe. As always, just thirty sets were cast and previous owners were given first dibs before anything was revealed to a wider audience.

Having completed that process two of the thirty sets were not purchased and will be advertised on the FOR SALE section in the coming days.

The Billiard Ball Museum sets have gotten better each time!

Cue shaft talk

I sure wouldn't mind having one of these shafts, but I will never spend $600 for one. I don't think it would do that much for my game, except that it would be enjoyable to try out. People often look to equipment to solve their stroke problems, and especially potting balls, but I don't think this would really make that much difference, this particular shaft and the price it costs. What type of shaft do you use and why? Would you spend this kind of money for a shaft? What price range do you think is fair for a shaft like this?
First comment by one who owns this shaft:
"I really like the shaft looks nice and make my stroke looks so easy"
