How can I pull the insert out of a JB case. My wife just started using one of my Jacoby cues about two months back and already has minor scratches in the butt end cap area. I was a little po'ed but she swears she didn't do anything to it. I then looked at the Schon cue she had been using and the same scratches in the same area. I can probably polish most of it out, but want to see if there is anything in the case. I don't have any issues with my JB case.
