The key word , as far as credit card companies are concerned to protect the seller is “item delivered”. I have shipped over 100 cues, much more probably, and I use Fed Ex only- every cue was delivered. To me, insurance flags the word “valueable” to possible thieves and collecting on insurance is the biggest headache on earth.
So, as the seller, I accept full responsibility that Fed Ex will deliver to your address without insurance paid by me. If not delivered - I take the full hit. If the buyer insists on insurance - go elsewhere please, Because I am now left fully exposed to all kinds of buyer claims on shipping damage - which is NOT possible the way that I pack cues- or worse, claims of an opened and switched item - usually fraud on the buyer’s part- both claims leave the seller fully at the mercy of credit card companies and shipper insurance claim hell - NO THANK YOU YOU!
If you buy from me, you get the item as described, delivered to your address or you get a full refund -what could be more simple?
