JoeyA said:Good point about the shoe holding up, Hu.
I asked the manufacturer about that exact thing. Waiting for an email response. :boring2:
Thanks,

Needless to say, you're always in action, aren't you? I bet you can't get 5 steps inside the door before someone is asking you to play.Beware_of_Dawg said:ESSENTIAL SHARK GEAR FOR A BIG DAY OF TOTAL DOMINATION:

The Hamster said:The important thing about a good pair of shoes nowadays, Joey, is whether or not they've been wind-tunnel tested for their flight characteristics.
I mean, if you are in the same room with eg. a US President and decide to show your contempt for his policies, is the shoe going to fly straight and not float up or cartwheel on you? Do they have a steel toe for a knock-out blow or a supple, soft suede for a gentle reprimand? Have they been odor-eater treated so as not to offend as they zip by his head?
IMHHO, the last thing you need to worry about is whether you can play pool in 'em...

Tennis shoes are not part of my casual wardrobe.

I almost laughed out loud at the thought. No offense Joey.

I'm with Fatboy on this one. I wear low top Chucks. Have since I was a kid. In fact, I've heard when someone was getting a line on me, they would say, "Is it the guy who wears the Chuck Taylor's?" I know they lack a little in the support department, but I think I am more comfortable in them because it's what I'm used to.Fatboy said:I play barefoot 99% of the time at home or in a pool room. infact at the Reno open in 07, I played barefoot too.
i I have to wear shoes they are Chuck Taylor old school low tops lose with no socks or tackies(kinda like Chucks) from Africa with no socks.
JoeyA said:So...................How many pair did you buy? Let's get a review on them and the brand name.
Come on now, don't be embarassed. We know you bought a pair.
It's OK. Just say it and get by it.
Don't let me sneak up on you in a tournament some day and have to yell real loud, "HEY, THIS GUY'S WEARING SKATEBOARDING SHOES!![]()
