Custom Doug Bourque For Sale (Selling for my father)
cue has the original shaft (1) with a Leather Wrap.
Weighs near +/-19oz with the weight bolt out (I haven't weighed it)
Both the shaft and butt are straight.
There are 2 minor blemished in the forearm, but in the finish only not the wood.
I believe the tip is a med. Wizard

This is a nice cue and he is willing to take offers and trades. He does not know the value of the cue itself, and is not looking to get rich on a sale. So if anyone is interested, feel free to contact me.

And a side note; While my father knows Doug personally, he did not purchase the cue directly from Doug, he bought it from its original owner. His other Bourque was purchased from Doug (don't know if this means anything, just wanted to be honest).

Since I am new to the board; I do have references. For those of you who know Denny Stewart of Ohio Pool School, he is my instructor, and I can ask him to stand as a reference if needed.

Update

I will say $500 OBO on this cue.

Also, trades are welcome...

All,

My father is looking to sell his custom Bourque cue that he purchased from Doug.

I can post pictures, but wanted to see if there is anyone interested before I put anything up.

JR

Doug made some nice cues, but without pictures and a price, there is no way to determine interest.

Joe,

I understand and I knew without pics, it would be a challenge. But I promised my dad that I would start a thread... he's not so computer savvy...but very anxious.

I will have some pics up later today for all to view.

I apologize for the lack of pics... I'm a newbie in every form..lol

screw on tips

is he still using screw on tips I remember when steve knight was pissed at him for putting a screw on tip on his southwest.

As far as I know, he is not using screw tips because he no longer makes cues. But I can verify this. He lives near me and he and my father frequent the same pool hall... the last I heard though, he sold his lathe, and other equipment a few months back.

But as far as this cue goes, it does not have a screw tip.

OK since I can't get a word out of the old man on this and he doesn't use the internet...

I will say $500 OBO on this cue. I will be willing to accept offers until 2:00 pm on Easter Sunday.

I'd recommend you updating your first post in this thread with your photos and your price so that everyone can see immediately what is available here.

Good luck with your sale, I like this cue.

I have just posted a Pechauer for Sale as well. Both are my fathers, and he would consider cash or trades.

I found out that he is looking for a nice Predator cue. He likes the older school Predators, with the 314's. But he is open to anything.
