Terry Barker just beat Shayne Morrow for king of the hill in the singles. Ryan Stone is battling through the losers bracket. Beav 99 4 life is sitting right next to me running mini tournaments and Bull is our table mechanic. The only thing we are missing is TAR
 
Just want to say congrats to all the new champs.there was some great play this weekend.chris willams did a great job he has a great thing going in ohio he has some great players and great people there.i would like to thank rob stellwell chirs willams for helping me with the load in and load out and a super big thanks to jerry conkel for every thing he did if jerrys pool room is like the great guy he is it could be the best pool room in the world.
 
Sportmans

Jerry's poolroom is called sportsmans, just outside the loop on the west side of columbus. I got a great start learning pool there. Howard Vickery and Dee Adkins still play there, i think, and it's a favorite stop for other pros on the road. Check out his tuesday night 9-ball and thursday night three cushion tourneys. Keep your mouth shut and your eyes open, and i guarantee you'll learn something there. Hey, jerry, if you read this, i'm playing with that pvc cue you sold me for $150 :wink:

I played Shayne last year in Vegas. I had been watching him play for a couple of matches before we met up, as it seemed evry time I looked around, he was only a table or 2 away. He played some great pool, and is very polite guy when in a match.

Bull, it was a good time hanging with you this past weekend brother. Hope the trip home is a good one, even if you were too lazy to help with the mini's, lol. J/K
 
Bull, you are getting around these days I guess. How did you end up working in Ohio?

hey mark i work for badboysbillards for the last 7months so i get to travel and set up pool tournaments all over now.

Shayne is a super guy. You wont hear me say anything bad about him
