Im a little tired of people in the forum treating rack your own like its some distan evil demon that people dont like to talk about. It's not the dark side of the force people. All the information you want or could ever want to know about rack your own, especially in nine ball is available through Joe Tucker. If you have any questions just talk to the man...
As for the situation with "Donnie's Gaff Table". Go to Diamond Billiards in cape coral and check for yourself how "gaff" it is. It might be the nicest room you've ever seen. Plenty of space, plenty of food, Tv's everywhere, and three of the Sweetest 3ple Shimmed Diamond 9 footers you've ever seen. Chohan and corey matched up there. Kirkwood came and beat Donnie on that Table, and it was Rack your own 9 ball. So why are people making a big deal when He's asking someone who Far outstrips Kirkwood, (no offense to Jason) to come play some the same way. I think its out of line to tell some one that their game is gaff when its on some of the best equipment I've ever seen.
It's one thing if you don't like the guy but why is everyone making such a big deal it's not like he's asking to play some B player, we're talking about Rodney Morris. I think all this backpeddling, and changing games, "you said this..." has got to go. Keep it straight, Nasty and JCIN are down to come to Florida to make this go down. IF they can come here, and bust their butts to make a game go down when they're not even the one's posting up the action money, then I don't see why any Backers can't rile up some money and bring Rodney back to a place where he's comfortable playing in to match up.
You forget that Rodney owned Florida for the entirety of his time down here, he only won the state title 2 years ago.. He loves it down here, and if he does, then so should his backers....

you bash donny for supposedly backing out of the 10 ball game, but you dont say anything about gamemaker obviously backing out of the rack your own 9 ball game........
The only reason I am posting on this thread is because I have staked Donny in the past, and Im looking to bet on him in a good game in the future and I am always open to offers to play someone too

ok. i will make it easy for you. i am an APA 6 so, i will take the 6 out and the break 9ball or 10 ball. all money balls are wild on the break and i get to rack my own. you have to come to my favorite table in seattle. TAR can stream it. race to 100 for 10k. let me know when you are coming.
my intent was not to bash donnie at all. it just seems that every couple of months he starts one of these threads or chimes in on a thread and they all end in the same result. he wants everyone to play his game or nothing. if he really wanted action, he should comprimise...that's all i'm saying.

Well I played alot of pool from 16-18 years old, and didn't play much at all from 19-24 because i opened a business at 19.
I read post 135. I was talking about racking 10 ball! I think it is very obvious even though my english writing skills are not very good.
What game? The only way I would take the 13k to 10k playing 10ball is if I get really desperate for a tar game.
For a 10ball tar match I would drive somewhere to play it if it's not too far. I just need the same kind of table all the other tar matches had... Diamond ball return, blue cloth, pro cut.
No 4 inch pockets for me. It took me months to adjust to a diamond from a gold crown. It would take a while for me to adjust to 4 inch pockets.
