Cork wraps. Who does 'em and how much are they?

I'd like to experiement with a cork wrap.

I've done some using industrial gasket material and they were ok . The cork has rubber impregnated in it so it must be sealed . Pretty easy to work with . The seam sands away almost to where you can't find it . Cork can be sanded to refurbish like new ... A pain to remove and replace though unless you get aggressive . Not a very durable wrap .

I had it on a cue once and loved it been thinking about going back to one just haven't done it yet. You will like it but it does get dirty fast. Generally always feels niceclean or dirty.

Ned Morris put a cork rubber wrap a cue I played with for a few years. It felt great and looked good at the time I sold the cue. All cork might be a different animal.

Steve Lomax does them very well. I had him put one on a South West a few years ago. I like the way they feel.

Ernie at Ginacue has a proprietary material that he uses and it is available in light and dark colors. I had a Tad with it on it and it was the nuts.
