The Last Spain Ginacue

Unless someone that I sold a Spain forearm to ends up sending it back to Ernie to be made into a cue, this is the beginning of the last Spain forearm Gina that Ernie is making. The joint and inlays are ivory, the wood is ebony (some from Burton and some from Ernie), the trim rings are ebony and silver. I'm thinking we will go with that often-claimed but seldom-found Ivory Ginacue Butt Cap. I know there's not much to look at yet, but Ernie has the inlays in the forearm and butt sleeve and I'm excited so here it is:

Ok, this one is going to be stunning. Obviously, I like the Spain blank, but must admit the buttsleeve will contribute every bit as much to making this a special cue.

This one will be exceptional.

Thanks for the kind words it is always so pleasant to hear from you. I think this will be nice too. Ernie is a little excited about the project and, as you know, that makes all the difference. He actually called me to tell me to come down and look at the sleeve and I think this cue will be a stunner. I can only afford to keep one (I think) so it will either be my current Spain/Gina player or this one. I'll probably sell this cue when it is finished as that way I'll be selling an unhit cue.

I let it out this morning. Fed it a couple of production cues. Then put it back into the deep black hole made by Mr. Whitten. :grin-devilish:
