I dont think the Sugartree cue has anything to do with it.......its the person that has the Sugartree......its called being GREEDY! So they make an offer to sell a cue for 1000.00 someone says they will buy it..send them the money, but before they ship the cue out they get an offer of 1200.00....the seller backs out of the original deal of 1000.00 and sells it for 1200.00. That is nothing but GREED....plain and simple......That person should be treated like a VIRUS and should be inoculated before they spread throughout our community..

The thing is, had the situation with Chimmy never been posted, my wife would probably have let me get the cue. But then I would have been unaware of the fact that it was a display of bad judgment.
But in the end, it all worked out. Chimmy got a ST and is very happy, and I got a better deal on another cue myself.
I wish you the best of luck in this sale......but my gut feeling says you will either have to take a really big loss on this cue from the history behind it....I think people are avoiding this like they are avoiding swine flu

How much integrity does this seller have? It appears so far that he has very little, but that can be corrected. The longer this seller tries to get rid of this cue in the same manner in which he has done, the more insult he brings to AZ every time it is bumped.
If I have my facts correct, and I have read through this thread correctly, this seller backed out on a deal because of greed and put chimmy through a negative experience being how he is not internet savvy. This gives not only Chimmy, but other AZ members a bad taste in their mouth every time they're forced to look at threads like this.
If kyelin truly recognizes his mistake and means it, he will not only type the words, 'my bad' in, (which is a very easy thing to do) but discount the cue by a generous amount because it is a nice cue after all, and someone else could be an incredibly happy owner of what I'm sure is a perfectly playable ST. What is in question is the seller's integrity and if he is to redeem it here on AZ, he will need to make a believer out of some incredibly intelligent and savvy people who have much in the way of life experience.
I have been noticing this thread for a long time now, and I have only recently looked into it, because I wanted to see why this cue was still for sale after this long, and now I know. Now that I am up to date on it, I have put in my 'too sense', mainly because I am tired of seeing this pointless thread wasting space in the wanted / fs section.
To the seller: please, do the right thing and give someone an honestly good deal, or stop bumping it and let it fade away, cause so far, it's caused nothing but a stinky odor around here.

I think that this thread should be closed and the seller be put into a sticky at the top of the page.
I don't think the seller will ever be able to sell anything here and everyone should be warned about him.
