Try to play him one-pocket
Pretend like he doesnt exist and then you never have to worry about him. The guy might be better than Efren when it is all said and done. If you wanna beat him you have to keep tryin him out.

I think your game is right there.A few bad rolls and uncharacteristic errors by you negated and I think that match would have been a lot closer.You have to have huge balls to even gamble with him.Big props CB I got some jelly for the "Chris Bartram massage palor fund" in Sept. when I go to Vegas if you are in town!Where else do like to go besides the TAR bar when you are there?:thumbup:

Yes, some guys you have to give weight. Some pros go here just to train.
Just have someone trusted to tour you around and make a game.
Frankly you can hustle a lot of people here, only few guys know what you look like. And most hustlers here like to play foreigners :wink:

Remember when I walked into Side Pocket in Quezon City when it was packed.
Everyone turned around to look at the new guys coming in, and they all smiled when they saw we were foreigners. It was like a cockfight in there people screaming to us trying to get games, offer handicaps etc. It was wild, and they had absolutely no idea who we were and how we played.
I ended up getting 4 games in a race to 11, never seen the guy before. I lost.
Then I ran into Efren and played him, but that's another story
Trust me Chris, if you go over there for a few months you can bet that you will get matches every single day. They will play you till your arm fall off or till you ask them to please stop
After a few months you will come back to the States as a MUCH better player.
