First of all let me say I am always on the look out for pool cues, the older the better. I watch Ebay, and pawn shops but mostly find them in antique stores and flea markets. The thrill of finding a collectible vintage cue in a antique store is only surpasses by getting a killer deal on it, IMO. 3 weeks ago I stumbled on this cue north of Denver and about died when I saw what they were asking for it - $19.95 after a little wheeling and dealing we settled on $15.00. Yes I talked the down:embarrassed2:. The cue is very straight and in great shape it even has a Birdseye maple shaft. I found a nearly identical cue for sale on this web page about half way down.

It would not come apart and took me about a week of trying different things to unscrew the cue. It has the same brass pin as the one on the website I hyperlinked, its a odd thread at 5/16 x 11 tpi. It also has a ivory ferrule that is slightly concave
