I promoted 20 tournaments with $15,000 or added and directed 40 more for other promoters. I am proud of the fact that people like my commentary and in general, my work.
Don't you think that, forget about being able to play in anything I want, I have at least accheived talk show status? I don't like any of the radio talk show hosts but they have screeners, meaning you're not likely to get to speak with one of them unless you agree with their philosophys. Maybe once a month they'll take a tough call.
So now there's me. Why don't I have every right to screen out, delete or dilute every negative post? Thank God and Mr. Wilson for the ignore feature.
 
So you don't want to participate in an open forum, you just want a vehicle for everyone to agree with your own opinions? While that is your right, it is not what this forum is.

If you want a place for people to stroke your ego and agree with you all the time then just start a blog but make sure nobody can post anything that disagrees with anything you say, a "free speech filter" if you will. :rolleyes:
 
Seems odd - you are upset that you are ignored for the 14.1 Championships and want the whole world to hear why but you are thankful for the ignore feature that God (not sure if there is a God what he would have to do with the ignore feature) and Mr. Wilson created.

Note to Grady - the ignore feature was not created by Mr. Wilson......or God.

Grady, you are a legend. Yes. But this ia a forum, its not TV or radio. You had an awesome career and all, but you arent a talk show host. Sure you have the right to screen out any negativity. We all do. But thats what makes the internet better than TV, its all about real people with real opinions. Why would you or anyone expect 100% support on this or any issue? It seldom happens. Dont be offended by people who dont agree with you, you will always be Grady no matter what. Bask in the glory of our first amendment, and the freedom to agree to disagree.

What is the over/under on how many threads Grady will start in the next week about the same thing? Somebody make a line.
 
I really don't care to dive into this steamy pile but.....

Why don't those that don't agree with Grady, start a grass roots movement and put HIM on ignore?

I am waiting for him to start promoting the tournaments :)

It's the same story year after year... too bad he can't read this post, since I am on ignore, but I am really curious about the World Championships he will organize during the year

find the one he started the year before that as well.
 
All I know is an animal can't control the zoo. Charlie W. while I have never met him, just read about his antics, seems like a pure dog. Grady has every right to feel left out and disrespected. I disagree with a pissing match to solve this though. Fact is Grady has accomplished a lot, but so have numerours posters on this board. No one wins in the end of one of these war of words.
