Are your private messages displayed improperly?

Mods, please move this to npr anytime, I hope this is ok with you.

For some time now, whenever I open a private message, it automatically goes to the "reply" function.

In this mode the emoticons, bolding, etc are all disabled and the box size is small.


Anyone else having this issue?


KK9 <-- usually likes a small box, but not in this case. :slap:

Hey, Kool Kat -- why do I feel like I am in the Pulp Fiction movie every time I say your name? :D -- I think it might be dependent on the skin you are using. Do you know which forum skin you have?

Comeon now Jen, you know I have FUR, not skin. ;)

Umm, skin. I see lots of gray, @ 3 different tones... Is that the skin?

This issue may have occured when they did the VBulletin upgrade a few months ago. I believe Shooting Arts has the same issue.

That sounds like the Tech Two skin, which is what I am using. You can see what you have. Scroll down to the bottom of this screen, and it is on the left-hand side.
 
Rub the sides of your monitor very softly then shake it like an etch a sketch. That should clear the grey. Trust me, I work for Microsoft.

You can see which skin you are using by scrolling down the very bottom of the page, left side. Mine says Tech Two

Molt your skin to get to your privates

Ah Hah!! I spit out a hairball and alls well again!

I switched from tech two to vb 3 style. My PM's now display! Thanks sde and JAM.

It's quite a change in style. I'll drive her around a bit and see how she fits.

Thats it! From now on out, I'm gonna read every thread that
KK9 starts. No matter what, I laugh like a kid when I read them.
