I was on the teampillipinos one, and it was choppy. Watchable for a bit, but not for hours.
Is there a concensus on the best of the feeds? What was that one someone touted - clubpaco? But someone else couldn't get the authorization email??

Tells me that Yang is one tough fella to beat, but when to with these two world class players, anything can happen. If Yang just has one off day or loses focus for just a few racks, Orcullo can put the heat on him. But for now, Yang definitely has the upper hand, and has control on the outcome of the match. If he continues to plays like this tomorrow, Dennis will most likely lose, even if he brings his A game.
I've seen him play before too. This looked like vintage Yang to me.

He was not even top 4 in an Taiwan Pro event for a few seasons already. The Taiwan commentators mention he is out of form lately and for quite a while now.
Yang is 31. I think he has played in the U.S, but not very much. It is ashame that we don't get a chance to see some of the great players, like Yang, Wu, etc., in the U.S.

Sadly, Yang's achievement as a teenager were so extraordinary, that its hard for him to live up to them now. He won the Japan Open at the age of 18, Asian games at 20 and 24, and 3rd place at the WPA Championship at 24. Ever since then, none of his achievements have come close to these. So, in this sense, its a disappointment. But, still an amazing player, none the less.
I don't think we watched the same match. I just saw a guy (Yang) playing super pool. I don't know who you were watching. According to the information printed above, it looks like he had numerous wins in 2007 and 2008. And he just won the Guinness Tour in 2008. Maybe no one told him he was in a slump.

This may happen to Wu also. He may improve his play, but so will everyone else. The competition is so strong these days, that it is hard for someone to dominate, especially in 9-ball. It seems like there are around 20 players who have a good chance to win the World Championship. A player could be top ten in the world for their whole career and never win a world championship.

LOL.. Jay, I think they expect him to win like a Roger Federer % of the tournaments. Too difficult in pool with these short races.
He play better today than those i see him in Taiwan event. Also i have seen him play flawlessly years before. He won the 2008 Guinness Tour. He was the overall champion. Just another bad year.
You certainly have been converted Jay. I remember a time when you were giving games on the wire in this match.
