Update on the Des Moines pool scene

I have $1000 to post up. I can come by right after league JB...less than 2 weeks til they face off like Cage and Travolta.

I'm hungover man cut me some slack Gary. I've been to the pool hall like once this week I got no idea whats been going on. I know there is some background woofing going on in a few directions but thats it.

I'd rather party than shoot pool right now, my interest is really low.

Hi there Mr Frost and everyone else.

I don't know when it will be but Des Moines is going to be one of my favorite stops from now on. Florida looks like my next target, warm and all, plus there is a good tournament scene there.

It's fun to go back and work with players once they've had a chance to work Perfect Aim for a while. There are usually some questions and I have fun trying to answer them.

And Dick, I didn't forget about you. Your the first on my list.

Scott put up a dime but haven't heard from J.B. even though he did say it wouldn't be a problem. I am sure this will still go down, just like to see effort from both sides to ensure the cheddar is in action.....
 
Here's to posting hoping to get some information I don't already have.

JB I know you've been busy with Massey coming and all that good stuff, but what's the word?
 
I most likely will not be playing the tourney, I might go try to win a singles board at Stix though since I am trying to get out to Vegas this spring. There will be 16-24 players there no doubt though, thats been the standard.

It is 8 Ball tonite Spimp in case you forgot, you may have been to Dogs more than me in the past 2 or 3 weeks.

I've started playing shuffle board and throwing darts now.

Hello Gene, I'm glad to hear things are going good for you. I've read some negetive stuff on here about Perfect Aim but it seems like most of it comes from people who have not seen your DVD or taken a lesson from you. I don't have to tell you there are alot of jealous people in this world. Since i took the lesson from you a haven't been playing much i just haven't had the time but i wanted to say thanks for your patience and your help. I hope to see you again when you come back to Des Moines thanks again. Dick

I haven't been to Dogs since the Frost match so I might be due to head up there. Good luck if you play tonight. My buddy who is a 5 won Monday nights and said there was only one 6 and no 7s there.
 
I got a new thread up, I may be running a Thursday Night pool tourney in town here later this month. I clearly am being discrete about location so don't ask cuz I won't tell. Come over and vote for which game you would want to play.

I personally like playing either 10-Ball or a mixed race of 8-Ball/9-Ball(a race to 5 would be 5 games of 9 ball and 4 games of 8 ball).
