I sure don't know the ins and outs of streaming video, but I do know this. EVERY time I go to Ustream where there is that seperate chat window, all the streams are a choppy as the Atlantic Ocean. Every time!
Every time I go to an Accustats stream, its like watching my TV. I don't know if I'm living on the edge of a too slow connection when there is a chat and a match at the same time, but I'm lovin this stream today! :thumbup:

Could be a minor tweak in your system. I recommend pming SharkeN here. He can get your system humming for a very reasonable amount.
He made my streaming Box twice as fast right after I received it from Dell!

When I was in florida I got no complaints about chopy. The stream did shut down a couple times but it was back up within 90 seconds ....thanks again
