I did not buy the PPV and yet I can see Souquet playing right now on my screen. Stream is very good but there is no commentary.

What is weird is that it has 'World Ten Ball Championship QUALIFYING Tournaments' on top of the screen but we all know that Souquet was already seeded in the main draw and so did not participate anymore in the qualifying roiund. I think I am watching the live DAY 1 of the actual tournament.

:wink:uh oh..... They just removed the live feed for the non-paying viewers. Anyway, I will just wait for Nov 27 when we can watch it live via SOPCAST/TVU on ESPN Star.
 
OK. I am a donkey.

I paid the $10 for the stream then realized I did it before creating an account. $10 fine for being dumb.

So I register and confirm an account on the site. Now I'll be damned if I can find this "Members Area".

A stream is up and running but it looks like it is in a pool room, no lighting no commentary. I suspect it is a taped stream of the qualifier or did the WTB go budget this year ?

And where is the damn member area anyway?

Edit: Found the member area, logged in, paid again and see nowhere to log back into (already logged back into general member area) to access the stream. The member area has links for a TV table stream but it just wants me to pay again. Looking at their system I dont see how they link who paid to a specific account.

click home on their page, that will get you to where you sign up. there is a toolbar on the left where I assume the streams would be.

I also did the pay before you register thing, I sent them an email hoping they would hook me up.
 
I recieved an automated email with a user and pass to log in to the main site with. Used it and instead of going into the member area after log in it just stays on the home page. Go to live streaming page and it says "No stream: null.flv"

Someone figures this out let me know.

It is about noon in Manila so I am guessing they would be playing by now.
 
Justin, I would suggest using Firefox-http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ie.html. This is the only way I could get it to work. I couldn't get it to work with Internet Explorer. Right now only the streams 1 and 2 are up and running, the TV table stream is not up. The streams are a little bit choppy here.

Email support@clubcapo.tv and they will refund one of your payments. I paid twice on accident. They refunded one of the payments but it will be a week before I get it back. Paypal has to wait until they get the money from my bank and then I have to send the money back to my account. Paypal is getting more and more worthless with this kind of stuff. It took me 3 weeks to get my payment for an item I sold on ebay because they had to verify that the item was recieved.
 
Im going to give this a try, Ive emailed them about the double pay and the feed not working and havent gotten anything back.
 
I have paid twice as well and still get no access to the feed. The feed in the "live stream" section is still orcullo/yang and it says null.tv or something and nothing loads. When I signed in originally it took me to a members section and the feed was in a dropdown tab but when I clicked on the live feed table 1 it prompted me to pay again,,,,,no feed.

why does this have to be so f'n difficult?
 
I'm havin trouble too. Paid my $10 buck and now can figure out how to get any kind of stream what so ever.
 
Went back just now and was able to log in with the user and pass they emailed me. Took me to members area and I can see the Table 1 and table 2 stream both too choppy to watch, no commentary, no score overlay. TV Table feed not working or not up yet.

Guess we'll see what it's what it's like when they get the TV Table going. I am running 10 Meg down and everything else looks good on my end but all it takes is one weak link between here and there.....

Hope it straightens out.
 
I do not think you will get commentary during the group elimination phase.

IMHO, it will be similar to the free live feed they have provided during the qualification stage.

The FREE live feed via SOPCAST/TVU starting on Nov 27 there (evening of 11/26 in the US) will have the full tv production with commentators.

I will try to provide a link here that you can just click and will lead you directly to ESPN STAR via SOPCAST/TVU.
 
well guys, last night i was able to watch, although very choppy, no comment. this is really b-class production. no comparison to tar stuff whatsoever. they're interested in making money i guess but not provide customer satisfying quality. it's a total shame! i wrote them a couple of times and complained. only when i had sent the 10$ bucks they went back to me. money is king not the customer.

for the time being i am not able anymore to log in in the member's area. it just stays on the homepage. not even an error message appears. well, since the quality is schit anyway i can bear the loss, but it is still very annoying.

as for the espn tv production and watching via espn.... i was checking tv listings for espn star during the whole event till 30 november and cud not find any of the wtbc!!! that is why i payed in the first place for this shucking stream. it is no fun at all to deal with non-professionals. I mean i get it, that is not the easiest thing in the world to provide quality production of pool events over the internet; but for an event like this i expect more and there shud always be thorough testing before hand...

angry, annoyed, pissed off..... but naivly still hoping for the best :)

At around 10 pm tomorrow, US est, just click on TV icon at the right and you will see the SOPCAST and/or TVU links. Just make sure you have these programs installed to save time.

Thanks for the heads up, Jay. That would be 1 am Friday morning in the east coast then. Do you have any idea what match will be featured on the tv table?

Do you know if the same match will be featured in the local channel 23?
 
stevie moore just won 9:5 vs Ryu Seung. btw the stream runs smoothly since hours. it seems the guys were able to sort out some issues. definitely worth watching at the moment! no comment though but that is ok for me.
