Thanks very much for your opinion and input in this thread it is certainly helpful to know that some one as famous as you is on the case!!!!:grin: You know around 20 years ago I use sell Milk in your neighborhood and I am certain that I left a couple of Butt Nuggets behind. Thanks for all the support throughout this thread, I have received a Pm from Via. It appears that everything was a misunderstanding and he will be glad to pay for the repair.

I suspect that it is time for this thread to die, unless things change.


Oh and by the way, thanks for the Red Rep Poolhustler it is always nice to hear from some one who has been impaled by a Varney!!!!!:wink:

I will say this however, if I here of another forum member not being allowed to enter a raffle for any reason except past non-payment I will make it my personal responsibility to screw the person who started that Raffle. In order for the raffles to be fair and above board no member should ever be refused. As for some one not letting me participate, I agree that is anyones choice, but I also guaranty that raffle will be shut down and this is not threat only a fact.

Oh and by the way, it still remains to be seen if this entire situation was the cue makers fault. Monday, the cue is being sent to a disinterested third party who is a forum member for repair, and the results will be published on the forum so until then!!!!!!!!:grin::grin:

Via is an idiot for not just sending you an extra $50 that you estimated it would cost and calling it a day.

However no one will remember this Via transaction. In fact if you neg I-Trade him he'll come back with a new name or just not at all. Online people get away with murder, I say post stalk him on every post he makes until he says something. He's not playing fair, WHY SHOULD YOU? That may sound childish, but I envision Via stomping his feet with him fingers in his ears holding his breath as this thread gets longer.
