Hi Joey. My name is Tramp Steamer. I know it's an odd name but it was given to me by my late uncle who was also my sister, twice removed. Tramp was a common name, given to many of the women folk in my family, and steamer refers to what a dog does out in the yard on a cold winter's morning. Lot's of people believe it has something to do with shipping, but I don't think it does. I've only participated in your fine forum for a week now, but feel I have finally found a home. I have to go now, the nurse says it's time for my shot.

Joey, most of the lurkers are just govt spies.....now that you have called them out, watch for the black helicopters.....you may not see or hear them, but they are there...

Welcome newbs and lurkers....don't worry about being knowledgeable or having proof to back up your posts.....there are many members with thousands of posts that have no idea what they are talking about....

Welcome, hope you post up and join us in the fun

Nice to see you posting Tramp. That's some very interesting history in your name. Appreciate the heads-up. Welcome to the AZ home of pool enthusiasts.

Not to worry, the military men and women have got my back like I've got theirs.

You're right about not having to worry about your posts being spot on. The only thing the newbies have to worry about are the FORUM RULES and they can find those with minimal searching.

When did you have to register to join?
Back in the 90s all you had to do is either type a comment on questions and/or comments. No registration needed.

This new fangled forum you have to 'register' would that be akin to being a Democrat, Republican or Independent?

This is Mike's little AZ playground and he does like to let anyone play... they just have to keep from kicking sand into other kids eyes...

Happy Holidays JoeyA...

That explanation/ introduction made my eyes bulge before they finally crossed and froze.

You're going to fit right in here.

Welcome. : )

Just a heads up I'm sure that some on the guest count might not be lurkers but members that might not be logged in for whatever reason.

But if you are a lurker register and feel free to post away :)

Out of the Darkness,Into the Light

:dance:Great Thread Topic. Guilty!! Been lurking for years, reading all the great posts, decided that there was one thread that I had to post to,and joined. Now,I get to share my wisdom, and suffer the consequences.

If you're at the edge of the pool with your bathing suit on you might as well jump in. Some of this stuff is getting a little repititious. We nem new people to pick on. Did I say that!

Actually we need new blood and new ideas. Although some of us know everything we're having trouble coming up with fresh and interesting ideas.

Lurking, not joining, is kind of like peeking in the windows of the pool hall and wondering what it's like in there.

Come on IN!!!! It's a nice place!!! You can make friends with people from all walks and from all over.

You might even learn how to watch important tournament matches LIVE & for FREE like the Mosconi Cup which incidentally is on today.

there are a couple of threads that will be showing the links. Just look in the Main Forum for links that are shown today. The AZ B community is resourceful and whether you have to pay a small fee or not, the link to watch the US and European Mosconi Cup Teams compete will be available.

During the year, any time a gambling match is on TAR www.theactionreport.com, you can be sure it will be advertised in the Main Forum. Some of them are FREE and others are PPV.

The other big events are Live Streamed and can be seen throughout the year.

AZ Billiards is an information outlet and while I don't want to argue with my fraternity brothers, AZ is not a powerhouse of political persuasion but we do argue a lot.
