Busty vs Bartram, 10 ball, live now TAR

a little confusing

Announcers keep saying they're playing 3 sets for so many dollars a set, but the screen and you say it's "3 sets ahead"......I wonder which it is?
 
its 3 sets ahead, but last set cant start past 4:30 am. Each set is 3k, so it will be prorated if no one gets ahead 3 sets by cutoff time.
 
from what i seen of the match i am at dcc live and busty played amazing, bartram is a stand up guy and a hell of a player so props to him
 
When Bustamante first arrived in Germany he would hand out ridiculous spots like 5 on the wire giong to 11 to champions and just clean their clock. Bustamante is still a super dangerous gambler who is fearless.

He is more likely than most to hit you with 3, 4, 5, 6 packs at any time.

I watched him beat a guy in Germany by winning 17 games in a row where Busty either ran out or played so safe that the other guy had no shot and then Busty would run out. Scary.
 
I watched the match and Chris just fell apart and Busty played awesome pool.

Without the spot Busty won 33 games to bartrum's 11.

Fell apart??? I think he played a little tight. The glaring difference was the safety game. CB would hide, Busty would make it disappear.
CB played a pro. While playing a pro you can not leave them a piece on a safety. You may not rattle or wrong side yourself. You can not stand up on the shot, ever. Chris paid to play the next level.
Bartrum will find the same advantage Bustamante had last night, that being experience.
 
I fell asleep, so I didnt get to watch the whole match. My reaction is, win or lose.... Bartram has alotta balls playing Busta. Too bad he couldnt pull it off, I was hoping he would.

On that third set, CB was goign toe to toe with him on the safety battles. He got a couple of BIH. It was that 9 ball on the side that he got out of line with that could have been what he needed to gain momentum.

But yea, Bustamante is awesome :grin:
