How important is for you how you look when u enter a pool room?

Does it matter?>What is your favourite attire for playing?>

Just walk up the front counter...

Just walk up the front counter, order a coffee and when you go to pay, pull 6K out of your pocket, fumble it a bit and let it hit the floor. Scoop it up quickly, stuff it back in your pocket and act a little embarrassed.

What was your question again?

Are you asking guys? WTF? I think a couple of those kids from the "Jersey Shore" might think it real important.

Rep for that one.

I have never been refused service based on my attire and I have went dressed anywhere from a custom tailored merino wool suit, Florsheim Imperials, Garcia tie, and Paul Frederick Egyptian cotton broadcloth shirt ... to muscle shirt and shorts being totally stinky after a gym workout ... to pretty filthy from working on the truck or the yada ... and if they don't care, I don't care.

That being said ... I normally dress in jeans and sneaks with a tee shirt.

This ain't the opera house.

I dress comfortable! I don't wear any clothes or jewelry that will get in the way of me playing...usually just jeans and a tshirt ( if its cold then a long sleeve tshirt) hair up in a messy ponytial. I find it amazing seeing some girls playing and having to move their 50 necklaces out of the way moving clothes around before every shot. Even guys always pulling their pants up before every shot then pulling them back down lol hysterical
I need to be comfy or i can not play!

Depends....If I am entering MY pool room....it may very well be in just my boxers.

I think this is a good question. You would not go golfing in a suit and tie because it would restrict your movement . Same for pool .
In the summer i wear jeans and a t shirt and always good rubber soled tennis shoes so when i stretch for a shot and just tip of the shoe is contacting the floor i don't slip. In the cold weather i just switch to a loose fitting sweater or sweat shirt. It's not a matter of style its a matter of having non restrictive clothes.

Usually Jeans, T shirt, tennies...but clean.

If you're gay, it's damned important. If you're like the rest of us, it doesn't matter.

I'm old school unless you are doing something that requires some what grubby clothes(fishing, fixing the car, yard work etc.) I think whenever you present yourself to the world you should look good. And no i am not gay.

On a scale of 1 to 10, about a 2....... if I was single probably about an 8.... and if I had a little cutie like your "little princess" at home :) I'd just stay home to play with her. They are only 'little' for a short time!

First off....I'm not gay either....and usually I wear jeans and a flannel shirt to play....sometimes even overalls. I'm clean and well groomed....no different than normal daily life.

BUT!!!!! I can see where from a hustlers or road players point of view, that appearance could play an important part of the strategy used to maximize the cash withdrawal from a particular establishment. Maybe the pimp suit works best here......maybe the lumberjack look......maybe the "my daddy has money" college boy look.....seems like a reasonable assumption.......Dan

Personally, I don't get out to the rooms around here much, but I usually try to dress like I'm out in public, not like I'm on the computer in my private love lair. :o
