My wife was enjoying this site with me and actually wanted to know if I was alone. I am a car nut (1973 RS Z28 blue/w white stripes 383 with tremac 5 speed) and a pool nut 1960 something Brunswick Sport king. I refurbished both with help of great sites like this one. any one else out there? or am I out there?-Shawn

You're not alone! I've got a '64 GTO, Tri-Power, 4 speed and I'm currently in the process of restoring a '65 Chrysler 300 Convertible, 383, 727TF, factory air, power everything. It should be completed in a couple months.

Dude, love this. You might want to pull it up a little further and take another shot though. That trucks tail light makes it look like your goat has a siren on top of it. hehe!!

Yep, I'm a car guy. Best ride I ever had I sold in '07...for various reasons, none of them financial. a 56,000 miles old 1972 911S Porsche, one of 1750 "S" coupes made. It now resides in Istanbul, Turkey with a dear friend.
These days, I drive an '09 Bullitt Mustang. Since everybody knows what they look like, I'll post a recent pic of the old Porsche.

Wow...that Goat brings memories. A '65 GTO was the first car I bought new. Damn, it was expen$ive...a hair over $3,000.

These guys have a lot of hot rods and cool tables.

I have a 70 Mach 1 Mustang 428 SCJ, factory oil cooler, shaker scoop, posi 3.91, automatic in various state of disassembly. It was in OK original shape but we took it apart for an engine rebuild. Someday I'll get it on the road. I drive a hotrod BMW daily too - so, I guess I'm a car nut.

I have a Brunswick Gibson table.

Fatboy (Eric) and Will Prout (Ibuycues) are the hot rod champions here. Exotics and muscle cars.

Nice. I also like Porsches. I replaced my old 996 with a GT3. A few pics below.

Man...that Goat is SWEET. I HAd a '64 GTO myself in 1967. Red, just like yours. Had the tri-power & a 4-speed. Used to drag race it every Sunday for a couple of years. Thanks for the pic, really brought back some memories.

Whew

I am so glad I am not alone! I love ALL the styles of cool cars, I am not a strictly chevy guy. Thanks for the nice comment on my kids but why did that other guy call me a flake? Oh the paint yeah its the stock midnight blue metallic. Larry that garage is a dream come true!

Yes Indeed, the glory days.
Rexus, your '65 brought back memories. In 1990 I owed the worlds quickest, and fastest 1964 GTO. I built it for NHRA Super Gas class (9.90). It was all Pontiac. .30 over 455 roller motor with aluminum rods, 1050 dominator on a rare Pontiac hi-rise. Ram Air IV heads. Turbo 400 tranny to a Ford 9inch rear. Best time off the bottle was a 9.52. @ 155 mph. I beat Arnie "The Farmer" Beswick with this car!
Jems, a guy lives next to my sister has a frame-off blue w/ white stripes, 1968 Yenko Camaro. Four speed 427 big block. Back in the '60s Yenko was a big Chevy dealer in KC and took base Camaros, put big blocks and four sppeeds in them, and added their name and striping package. Very cool.
Oh yeah. I play pool to.
