I have to give a BIG thank you to he OB crew. I had a slight issue with my OB-1 and sent it in for a look see. About a week later, a knock on the door and the UPS guy handed me my new OB-1 shaft! No questions, no BS, just top notch customer service.

BTW, this is y 3rd ob-1 shaft, and every one hits exactly the same......which is real important to me. I have cues I had made with 2 shafts and the shafts play drastically different. I used to dread pulling out the spare shaft at tourneys or whatever because there would be an adjustment period......not any more.

Way to go OB crew.....made in the usa!

I'll 2nd that motion !

I had a tip come off with the carbon fiber pad attached to the tip. I sent the shaft (and tip) to OB Cues and had the replacement back within a week!

GREAT SERVICE...GREAT PRODUCTS!

I have a slight problem with my OB2, they said send it in, but man just can't seem too send it in, maybe after leagues :rolleyes:
 
Customer service is definitely A+++ at OB cues.. Others should take note as to how it should be done. Great job to Royce and the crew!
 
Thanks for the accolades from everyone!

I should let you know that Jessica Massey is completely responsible!
She checks in all the packages, gets them in the shop to be worked on, and packages, ships and tracks them when they are done.

Royce, What is the procedure to return for service ?? Do I need to call office or just shipunannounced shafts ?? Thanx
 
The OB guys are the nicest group of people I've ever played with. Try getting that kind of service from anyone else.
