Hey Bogey, Nick told me you offered him $750.00 for this case and he sold it to me for $800.00 as a favor. That's why he refused to take it back when i called him as soon as i recieved it. Is that true?

Hey Bob get Tim to send it to Nick and he can send your money to Mikes wife! He will still have his case and Mikes wife will have the money! Ron

No one wants to deal with Bob

I have nothing for sale here. Anyone selling anything here is doing it without my permission.

Your credibibility is at stake, not mine Mr. Nick

Bob called all my friends and talked and basicly lied about me and the case. I had it sold for $750 until the buyer found out it was Bob's case. He had his chance to sell the case and refused. What he does is what he does.
No one wants anything to do with Mr Bob.
Later Bob made a deal with Mike on that case. Before that you sold it to some one else Mr Bob. You called me after wanting the case that was already sold saying you had to have it. The buyer agreed to let you have it to be nice.
Everyone that wanted the case you screwed over Mr Bob.
Then you called around talking bad about me and that is just about when everyone involved had enough of your BS.
Later this week I am sending Connie $500. It has nothing to do with that case that has ruined your reputation with everyone that knows me.
Ringmaster good idea. Send me the case that Bob sold twice and refused to sell for $750 andI will sell it to Bogie for $500 and have him paypal Connie.
There you have it the offer is $500 paid directly to Connie. And it would be $750 if Bob didn't call all over ruining your chance to sell just about anything again.
Nick

I was told originally by Nick that Bogie was interested in buying the case for $750.00, I told Nick that i would give $800.00 for it. I got it from the horses mouth that Bogie was never interested in the case for $750.00 or even $500.00 now. When i recieved the case i checked it out and immediately called Nick and told him that the case was rougher than the pictures showed and i wanted to return it for a refund of my $800.00. Nick replied to me " I'm not doing anything because i did you a favor to let you get it because Bogie would have bought it". When he told me that i said "i guess all i can do is try to sell it. Tommie1351 had looked at the pics and wanted to try to make a buck selling it after his leather man did some work on it. But after he got it he discovered on top of the case being very rough, the latch did not hold. So tommie contacted me and said that he could not do anything with it because the latch just compounded the situation. I expressed tommie a usps money order which he recieved the next day. I was talking to Mike Cochran about the case and he said that he wanted it and was not worried because he could fix the latch and just always wanted a fellini case. Mike offered to give me an $800.00 credit on a 6-point cue that he would build me.you all know the rest of the story to date.

KEEP BOGEY OUT OF THIS.

THIS SITUATION IS BETWEEN THE TWO OF YOU. (NICK AND BOB)

NONE OF THIS MATTERS TO ME, BUT THERE IS NO REASON TO INVOLVE OTHER PEOPLE.

BOB, I SENT YOU A PM. LET'S MAKE THIS GO AWAY.

Marcus

Marcus, Nick was the one who used Bogie as leverage to sell me the case for $800.00
I'll just give the donation to Connie Cochran tomorrow in person myself. NUFF SAID

Not a contest Mr. Nick

You have already sold it twice. A third time should be no problem. I am not selling anything involving you for any reason. I will give more money to Mike's family than you will get for that case.
My reputation is just fine.
Nick :)

It's about integrity which you have not shown in this transaction. I hope that this will be the only time you treat someone like you did here.
Bob

After I post this, I will not respond.

Nick offered me the case at $750 a while back.
I told him I thought that was low, and if he could sell it for more, to do so, and I would buy it if he could not sell it for more.
That's the ONLY involvement I have with this.
Nick sold it to you. Deal with Nick, not me.
Bob, please do not try to contact me about this anymore since I have NOTHING to do with this.

Thank you.
