1 pocket question

It's your turn, ball in kitchen, you're opponent has a ball hanging in his pocket, you've got a large ball in your pocket which you decide to shoot and in the process you scratch and at the same moment your large ball falls so does your opponents’ ball, which was hanging. Do you spot both balls at the spot or do you replace your opponents' ball, which was hanging in his pocket.

If his ball fell as a result of the contact with another ball or the cueball, then it's spots with the ball you made plus you still owe one.

If it just fell because it was hanging so close to the edge and for whatever reason it fell, then you replace it as close as possible to the original location.

A large ball is one near a pocket easily makable.

The point of the question is both your large ball and the opponents ball (by no outside force) fell at the same time and the cue ball shratched.

you spot the 2 you owe and your opponents gets put back where it was (if nothing touched it that is)
