Lies over and over again make me really angry, esp when my money is involved. Sounds like its about time for a road trip

I hope this is the real deal I would realy like to see case's Start flying off out the door.
 
Thanks for checking. Trust me I would love nothing more that to be able to talk tohim myself, but he hasnt answered a call from me in a very long time, and not sure why. Its looking more and more like we were lied to yet again. Its really hard to stay positive why as stated before, you give the guy an out and he still wont take it. I guess I will just have to see what my legal options are in this, but I will not just go away I will assure you of that. Thanks again for checking.

I'm about at my end with this whole thing. Come on Chaz get some cases out the door or start refunding some money to people.
 
I know your just reporting what he is telling you. But we have to think that if the cases that were suppose to be shipped out today would have done so first thing this morning. That would ease some of the tention a little bit. Instead its almost 4pm Florida time and still no tracking numbers. I know people are tired of me crying about the whole thing, shoot im sick of it myself. Its just the people are trying to give him out after out and still he wont step up. I was going back reading the emails when he was pitching the case to me, man he was a nice guy. Immediate responses, cutting deals if I paypaled the money that day. Now, I get treated like a one night stand. What a way to ruin a could be great business with all the free advertisement you can stand because you cant man up and say you have bitten off more than you can chew. It just baffles the mind.

Getting finished with Frank and MTD is happening right now. Then I can say whos cases are in the next batch.

Yes im sure you wanted your case out this morning. Frank, im sure its frustrating not talking to Chaz. He texted me from his job and said he was leaving early to go get your case from the people taking pictures for his website. (THEY were supposed to ship it Fri after the pics were taken and somehow forgot?) not my deal just passing on info.

PLEASE STOP BASHING HIM ON THIS THREAD. I WILL DELETE IT AND THEN WE'RE RIGHT BACK WHERE WE WERE. I REFUSE TO LET THIS BE ANOTHER 12 PAGES OF B.S.. I AM GOING OUT OF MY TO HELP.

If you know when your case is shipping please dont post every day about how angry you are and how much B.S. you have been through. Frankly we all realize it and if you have that big of a problem find a legal route to aquire your goods. Im here to put you on a llist and hopefully add pressure so all of us get our case's. If it doesnt ship then post and Ill try to help.

Honestly if you dont want your case you should let me know then start to find a way to get your refund. Honestly Chaz would rather refund those that are done with this whole thing. He wants good P.R. and if you have one of his cases and a bad taste in your mouth The case will never be what it should have been. I dont know his financial situation but im sure I wouldnt be able to handle 100% refunds ON A NEW BUISNESS SO MY 4% OF BUISNESS IS STAYING AROUND.

Maybe we need to just start an I want to vent thread so all of this can happen there. Oh we do...

I understand where you are coming from and your position. With that being said, Chaz and Charles are STILL lying to people about when their case will ship. They are bringing the BS on themselves. Which is why people are b***hing in every thread, including this one.

If they don't want the bad PR, have them tell the truth. What they are doing now is gonna do nothing but cause them problems.

Are people dealing with a 10 year old here.Keep the pressure on him.What do think a couple hundred angry posts are?Definitley not the welcome wagon!Imagine somebody doing this to a loan shark.The person would no longer exist,or atleast as an able body citizen.Everybody that has put money forward should consider this a loan and start putting some juice on it.
 
Like i have told you every time I respond to what you say, I know none of this is your fault. But with all due respect you jumped into this fire. If he wanted to refund my money he would have done it 6 months ago when I asked for it. I have spend my time and put my reputation on the line with a friend that sent him $600 of his money on my word and has seen nothing for his money. You want to delete what I write thats your right to do. Im not directing my anger at you, since your the only one he talks to Im asking you to relay the message. What did you think was gonna happen here with people who has entrusted him to do what he has said. I have no ill will towards him, he seem to have ill will towards the people who has paid him money. If he is gonna send the case the send it or refund the money it doesnt matter at this point. Your are now trying to defend something that has no defense. You have elevated yourself from the messenger to a man that is advocating what he is doing. Thru you he made a promise to deliver no later than today. So if me venting my concerns and frustration is bothering you I truly apologize, but im not sure what you thought was gonna happen in this. Maybe you figure you could somehow be the savior by the updates, but no one is hearing from the casemaker in any way. This issue has nothing to do with you. You are ok with whats going on and Im glad you are at that place. I was cool with it for over 6 months. I just want what I paid for man, I said it once and I will keep saying it. So again sorry if my venting has upset you, we are still in the same place.

RD, I think we all appreciate you trying to help this situation. I know I really do. These comments and feelings are not directed at you. It just seems that your the only one he has chosen to communicate with, so you are given a lot of messages to pass back to him. You cant take what is said so personally. If he wants to fix this he will do so, but you cant fix this through updates that dont pan out. I will refrain from being too negative about this. My feelings are clear. I really hope some cases start shipping today as promised.

I think we know that there is no hope for that Frank. I should have had my tracking info, or a call from Chaz, yesterday and I didn't receive either
 
Yea I received a call from Charles last night to tell me that he hasnt spoken with chaz, but if he does he will let me know. I too should have gotten a tracking number yesterday as well. All I want is a tracking number or my cash and im out of this whole mess. Good luck my friend. I really hope he does the right thing.

So, I just got off the phone with Charles and apparently my case is NOW NOT FINISHED! How the hell did it go from finished a month ago to not being finished now?!?!?:eek:

Anyway, he says that Chaz is tired of dealing with it (I've been calling all day) and will send me a refund when he gets a chance.

I'll continue calling Chaz until I hear this from him and will let ya'll know how that goes
