Yep I got a cup of coffie and a note pad and as my girl went to bed I went to work. 6 and 1/2 hours later she awoke to a very strung out boyfriend that desperatly needed sleep and relaxation LOL. I literaly took me over 6 hours to put just the initial list together. So thank you all and your welcome.:wink:

thought we were helping him out gave him cash in march 2009

thought we were helping him out gave him cash in march 2009, said we would have the case before we moved in the first week of april 2009. still no case..... don't want to bash just want the case. eevery new business has it's problems, one has to deal with them to make it work. not mad dissapointed is all. please just send the case asap a year is too long.
 
I want something cleared up.
I didnt receive a case AND get refunded.
I received a case that had bad quality issues.
I sent the case back, then I was refunded.
I didnt receive both.

Please update the statement.
I dont want people thinking Its ok to get a case AND a refund.

Received a call from Charles last night. He says Chaz is shipping my case today. I will keep you posted.

I put you under both becouse I wanted people to see who actually recieved a case. I understand that both were at differnet times.
 
Well as of yet I have heard nothing from the Chaz Dillon camp about my case shipping. Im hoping that its going out today as promised. Im trying to keep a positive outlook on this. I have to say its not looking good for the home team at this point, but am still keeping my fingers crossed.

Any updates, Frank or rbpwrd240? I just left Chaz another message to call me with an update, but I have little hope of getting a return call from him--he seems to have decided that none of his customers are worth his time. Just curious if there's any movement here at all.

I have to say I had a very disturbing call with Charles last night that doesnt leave me with very much hope of getting my case anytime soon. Its just not important enough for them to settle. So as of now like you I am still in liimbo. I wont get in to the detail of the call on this forum, but stay tuned, the details of the call are to come on the other thread. I want to respect this this mans thread as he as asked me to.

As I said before in another thread" I don't have a dog in this fight" However I was one of the first to talk to Chaz about a case and I was going to pop for it, but then it got to be I need money for this and that and my girlfriends "whatever" had a fire. but it always seemed to a disaster from a Cecil B. De'mille movie. And so and so on. So I sent him 50 buck for hardware he said he bought for my case. I then cut my losse's and Decided not to do it. My question is after a year of this promise and that promise and OOOPPPs I accidently wiped my a$$ on you case, when do folks stop believing the B.S. and get the officials involved? This does constitute grand theft (over a thousand dollars involved) and since it was across state lines mail fraud. Stop crying and posting get together as a group and do something! post master generals and police depts. will work to resolve this!
 
As far as I know Chaz had to go out of town without tellign anyone. Its more bad new for all of us. I hope he gets back to me soon. I didnt want to post till I know all the info and right now I dont.

If you did indeed pay with a USPS Money Order, one plan of action is to go to the US Postal Inspection Service and file a complaint with them. Not only will they go after just a single report, but when multiple reports start to come in about the same person, it'll add just that much more fuel to the fire.
