A new spin on our live centers

We now have these to fit a #0 or #1 morse taper there also interechangable in the back side.
All the rest is our high quality replacable part live center
these will fit our adjustable tail stock on our new lathe and the storm and breeze cnc machines or any sherline tail stock
we will these done later this week to ship and have some pricing figured out
we will sell as a 3 piece set with both arbors
also as individal with a choice of arbors

What is hole thread size?

Lee, can you tell me what thread size you have drilled and tapped on the back of those?

The one I got was messed up? Rust, pits, did not spin correctly. More than a week later and still no response?????

ill say this your full of it! these are all brand new bodies and parts we made as of a week before the hopkins show, if theres any rust you left it outside or got it wet yourself. We have been making and selling these for over 7 years with no complaints, you asked us to custom make one to your size requirements I did so and your still complaining every time we do business you have something to complain about, so at this point I am going to have to part ways with you. as all business owners know sometimes with certin poeple its best to do this, and this is one of those cases. We do stand behind our centers and many poeple on here have bought them and are very happy with them.This is just of a case that warannts no merit what so ever . And to you Mike Brewster I dont give refunds on custom made items. And after talking to a few other suppliers its funny how your name came up and similar problems have happened with them also! I am not the only one that cares not to do business with you .
After all is said and done I feel that I have made the right choice in this case. You recieved new product, which we custom made to your specs, and whenever we do anything all you ever do is complain I know in my heart you got a quality item from us and will stand by my guns on this matter.

I received mine in perfect condition.
I have bought many items from Lee over the last few years, and never had a problem.

Mine had problems too. Wasn't smooth and emails/phonecalls weren't replied too. I gave up trying. Oh yah, he'll IM his number and tell you to call.

I guess what Lee is saying is that if you have a problem you're screwed because his products just can't have flaws....

I normally leave Lee's posts alone these days, but he berated me as well in a post and I didn't appreciate it. Basically said I was a cheapskate and have done nothing for the "pool world". Well, I have spent tens of thousands of dollars supporting it. Now I see when someone else has a problem he is a "cronic complainer"

no insult just the truth and maybe you both need to hear this your another one that loves to jump and bad mouth me this man got a good quality product and it was custom done to his specs it was in new condition when it was shipped out he had no reason what so ever to complain all these live centers where just finished a few days before he got it the is no truth what so ever in his story and i am not going to be bashful in saying so
 
i have all of lees centers some are years old and still accurate with no rust...

dave sold many of these in the past seven years i made these replacable parts so when there was a problem down the road they could be replaced with out having to buy another whole center no thruth in this what so ever

It isn't how companies treat satisfied customers, it is how they treat the others. So wonderful for you that MOST of your products turn out fine. However, for those that don't you would rather try and publicly humiliate the poor customer.

Your never going to be perfect Lee, regardless of what you say.

Maybe you should work for Toyota, as you share their opinions on customer service(I worked there for a few years).

If you want to threaten me with physical violence....again....I'll be in Vegas and we can sell tickets.

That is B.S. You sent cues to me when I was at military training and I told you not to. you told me you sent 3 cues and then filed with UPS for 4 cues and asked me not to say anything to them. How could I have said anything as I was away and never received the cues. You got a check from UPS and all the cues you sent were junk, you then blamed Donald. I was at Fort Indian town Gap in
Pensylvania and have the course graduation deploma to prove it if anyone would like further proof. Maybe the best thing for you to do is get your facts straight before falsly accusing people.

I wish we could but it's tough when someone pretends to be your friend then stabs you in the back. To Lee, the arbor was missing from the package and he did not even offer to replace it. Iguess if I wanted a Porper live center I should have gotten it from Joe Porper as he does it right the first time. Lee is just upset because I called him out on AZ. He also tried to screw me on the shipping on a spraybooth several years ago, listing shipping for one price then 3 weeks after I paid for the item requesting more money for shipping. I had to call him to ask why I had not seen the spray booth and then he told me. He made a mistake, so I just paid the extra hundred dollars and was done with it, but the fact remains thatt I had to chase hime for an item I paid for 3 weks earlier. Not good customer service. I thought all that was behind us, I had forgiven him but I guess he still holds a grudge for his poor customer service. I am just glad I did not buy that lathe at the valley forge show.

Well, admittedly, Lee has his own way of doing business but I've never had had a problem with him or any of the products I've purchased.
I call Lee at 6pm at home and we BS far beyond the time it takes to make an order. I get a few tips here and there which are much appreciated.
I'm pretty confident that if I had a problem that it would get resolved.
He just doesn't seem like the kind of guy that would screw a customer out of a couple of bucks just for something to do.
Lee works like a dog and sometimes hes hard to track down. Do what his wife tells you to do, call him at 6 and he'll be there.
Customer service is whats its all about, all I know is that Lee has treated me like a valued customer on every deal we do.
