Is there a way to predict where the OB will go if you execute a Push Shot?
Is there an advantage to the shooter to Push?:confused:

Wait, you said OB? The OB goes the same place it would for any type of shot, it's based on CB/OB contact point. Refer to your favorite aiming system.

Advantage? Not if they aren't frozen (that would result in ball in hand for the opponent). If they are frozen, you don't really have any choice in the matter, you will execute a push shot unless you hit the CB away from the OB.

A push shot is when you set your tip very near the cb and then just push forward. It is used in some trick shots. Hitting a cb frozen to an ob straight on with a normal stroke is not a push stroke. Where the cb goes from a frozen shot with a normal stroke compared to where it goes with a push shot are two different things with different results.

Neil, some day if we meet, I will show you some interesting things you can do with a frozen ball, that would not be called a push shot. Personally, I don't think the shooter should be able to shoot directly through a frozen ball. But that's just me. If I am allowed to shoot through a frozen ball I can make it go almost anywhere within a 30 degree range.
