That's an antique Brunswick-Balke-Collender table. It looks a lot like a model called "The Aviator" in the 1923/24 catalog. It was not heated. The playability and value depend on the condition of the slate and cushions. Note that it has only four legs. The high-end models from that time had six legs. I suppose it could be a nine-foot model -- the ad doesn't say.
