Here's a couple cues I've been working on. The first one is a nautical themed cue I started well over a year ago (might be getting close to two). The buyer wanted to incorporate a Center of Effort symbol that he sent me, so I used it for the ringwork. The pieces are all a single piece of Ivory. The lines are .015" wide and the overall pieces are .2" across.

The second one is similar to the silver ringwork I had in a recent cue, but I had to figure out a way to fit it into a 4 point cue (the other one had 3 points and 3 windows).

Just so Ross will stop bothering me, I will post pics of his ringwork in the next day or so. Probably won't be ready by this afternoon though so no more emails Ross.
 
Also ...

There is no filler in either of these cues.

The pockets are cut to match the parts. I cut all the pockets on both cues with a .010" cutter because a .015" won't fit. That's 2 cutters for 1 cue with ringwork all the way through. The phenolic is hard on the small cutters. They dull quick and those little cutters aren't cheap.
 
You say 'Ross' and 'rings' in the same post, and I can't help but think of this...

looks good tony....ross i think my cue was suppose to be done before yours... get your foot of his neck so he can get mine done :p

Get looking ring work Tony. I`m also with CMD on this issue. I like how you think outside the box.
