That be a Jim Dandy of a cue! Very nice!! :)

Dave Kikel just built me a cue. I had asked him for an ebony cue with alot of figure and he recommended African Blackwood instead of ebony.

It plays great.

You have a nice looking cue too!

Ken

Gracio seems to build a lot of very attractive cues.....how do they play? Firm? Soft? Stiff? Whippy? Can you compare the hit of the cue to another builder's work that more of us may be familiar with. I hear Scott Gracio's name a lot and see a lot of his cues on the forum but I've never hit a single ball with one...thanks in advance

thanks guys for the appreciation...Scott does really makes nice and great hitting cues... finish is almost glass like, flawless...woods used were truly awesome...it creates that high pitch tone that is like music to my ears everytime i screw and unscrew the shaft from the butt...cue plays very solid...shaft has a parabolic taper that contributes to it being more on the stiff side...it delivers that crisp hit and can effortlessly draw, spin and follow the cueball...and this cue has a great feel, feedback and balance that makes it an easy cue to get along with for me in this case...I have a Scruggs and using a MasonH as my daily player and maybe I can say that they almost have something in common but that is just me...and another plus is Scott is one helluva guy to deal with...

From the specs alone, that cue hits pretty crisp. You're coming tonite to MK? Bring that baby over and let me have a go at it.
