INFO NEEDED - Bludworth Sneaky Pete

I found a garage sale deal, on a dusty, old Giusepp'e 2X4 case, and low and behold, it contained an older Bludworth sneaky pete-style butt and matching shaft.
I have to admit, not being familiar with this particular cue maker's mark.
But, I knew something was up, when I examined the stick and noted the unusual pin, the red spot on the butt cap and the quality parts used in it's construction. Upon a brief internet search, I quickly found out what I had, sort of.
My question lies in, how would I determine which Bludworth built this, it's approximate age, and maybe even it's value?

Any takers?

this thread won't go very far without pictures and detailed info about the cues measurements/condition...

I had a few Bluds at one time and one was made by Donald and the others were made by Leonard the original (Dad). If my experience was anything to go by, I would say look it over real well and play with it. If it has any noticeable construction or finishing flaws or play like $hit, it was made by Donald. If it is well executed and plays lights out... it was probably made by Daddy Leonard. :-)

Bludworth

I would say it is a later or recent cue. Because of the pin and finish.
It just dosn't look like the older ones. As for value I personally would TRY for $200. to $250. I hope this opinion is what you are asking for.

Thanks for the response.

I plan on playing the cue, if nothing else, just to know what it hits like...
I personally prefer my Meucci, just because of the wicked english it produces, but you never know...I did read that the son had his good and bad days...WHat if he made it and it was a good day? How could I tell, then?

Yeah, I can't really tell by the condition, whether it's 5 years old or 15...
I also couldn't find another online exactly like it. It does have an allen head screw holding the bumper on, so that may signify a more recent construction...I can't wait to get it over to Capone's...If nothing else, it should make a decent break stick. Unless someone offers me more than I can refuse, for it...

FYI this sec is only for sale/want or trade... With that being said send Mr buldworth a p.m He post on under the name blud

Actually, Leonard's user name is Blud. I don't think Buld belongs to anyone.
