What's a fair value for this assuming the condition is as reported?
Seems like a pretty decent bargain for under $300.
I would think 100-200 at most.

Yes , many cuemakers work hard to copy the master's designs , and there have been many counterfeits offered as 'genuine' over the years .It looks like a Babushka.
