Looking for a decently priced cue for under $450, open to considering anything you guys can throw at me. Prefer standard shafts 12.75-13mm

In particular though, Pechauer, Schon or Joss on the top of my list.

I have a new Dale Perry with 2 shafts. One is a new Tiger X Ultra shaft. Everything is new. I will do all for $375 Shipped. Weight is 18.55 with the original shaft and 19.0 with the tiger. Original shaft is 12.5mm and the tiger is 12.75mm. Thanks, Brian

I have this Pechauer for $430 shipped. I was told this was a custom order, but is very similar to model PL01(Retail $920). Weighs 19.4oz. Stainless steel 5/16x14 joint.

not a bad deal
how do the tiger shafts play? I'm not a huge low deflection fan, i just like the way standard shafts play but would be open to the idea

Tiger shafts are great. They are right there with predator in popularity, but in playability I like them better for my play. And they come with one of the best tips on the market, A tiger sniper. For me that is what I keep on all my shafts Because they hold their shape and the feel between the saber ferrule, the red felt pad, and the sniper is phenomenal. Thanks for considering the DP. Guarantee you would not be disappointed. Brian G.

Schon

Jusin_Powel has a super nice Schon with 2 shafts for sale now. It is on Ebay for 350.00 and no bids. Check this cue out before you decide on one. It is well worth 350.00.
