Well Poolnoob and JohnnyT, I guess that information is classified. Why would anyone care what happened to two top 20 players that apparently didn't even show up for the tournament. How silly of us to ask...

I never heard an official announcement but they did say some of the women had only just returned from Asia, also several I believe were playing but feeling ill. In addition to the ladies already mentioned several others had work and were unable to attend. Apparently for some they were unable to get enough backup players to fill the field. Still it's been a very good competition.
