I can see and hear the stream...but not access the chat while at work.

And the brackets aren't updated.

So 2 questions...who is the gentleman commentating? And does anyone know if Jen Barretta won her first match?

Dustin is commentating. Was being assisted by Katie Cowan. Not sure if Jenn won. Ga young vs Kim Jones now.
 
Does anyone know how Liz Ford did against Holly Sholes?

Also, tonight at 6pm, it looks like QueenB is matching up against the Irish Invader for the first round.

ALSO, HellOnHeelz (aka Ashley Nandrasy) is currently playing Kim Shaw (not on the stream).

Mellisa Little is playing Emily Duddy tonight, that should be a good match too.

What other matches (AZers or not) are you all watching?

Dustin announced in the chat that it is being taped but he did not know how it will be distributed. Vague I know; but, it's be best I got at this point.
 
i hate work. i was just giving a quick look at the bracket and saw two local girls names - dana aft and betty lea. i wish i could go and watch tonight to support the locals! i can't lie - watching emily duddy play wouldn't be bad either :D i will be there sometime tomorrow and saturday though.

hay have you tried jen's new cue? what's the wrap like?
 
I heard the commentator say he's "not supposed" to reference the chat online. That's um... a little strange - especially when there's no co-commentator. I mean, sure, you dont want to be calling out crazy screen names, but there's no harm in answering some of the general questions that run through the chat. Seems overly... dismissive of the ONLY audience available for the stream.

I think it has to do with the WPBA wanting to record and sell matches at some point. If you buy a recorded match and the commentator is referencing the chat it just becomes confusing. I think they should record and either dub commentary or just leave it silent.
