Hey everyone,
I recently discovered 3 cushion, and i'm absolutely fascinated with the game. I'm looking to buy my first cue, and i was wondering if you guys could spare some advice. I play pocket billiards far more often than 3 cushion, just because decent 3 cushion tables are about four hours away from me. I want a quality cue, but i'm a student and i can't afford to buy two cues right now. So i was wondering how a carom cue would fare playing pocket pool. Is it something i could just adapt and cope with? Could i possibly get a carom cue and use a different shaft for pocket billiards? I kind of have my heart set on longoni, but if anyone has any suggestions for a more ambidextrous cue, i'd welcome your advice.
Thanks!
