i own an r360 and i bought off a guy with a moori hard tip and i didn't like it and i felt like i was going to break the CB or he shaft with every hit...however i did change the tip to everest and it hits fine, nothing no of the world. the main thing to look for in any shaft is when you line up to the shot instead of looking at the OB last, look at the shaft making contact with the CB (this is for testing purposes) and see for yourself how much deflection it has on the shaft after impact, even trying slow rolling a few balls...
I once tested out a joss cue and i liked the hit buy when i got my in the mail, i noticed a lot of deflection (i felt like i was hitting with a noodle) and i sent the shaft back to them and they sent me a new one. and when it hit with it it felt like the other i tested, so lesson learned not all shafts play the same, oh and one tip you caan do is shorten the ferrule to reduce deflection as well.
