Here is a cue I just finished for my friend & Az'er David W. I cherry picked him this rosewood blank as its extremely dense & all the points are even & very sharp. Some of you eagle eye AZ'ers will notice this cue has some race tricks...I even did a partial core of the nose to achieve the hit we were looking to get. David had me turn the shaft down a bit thinner than normal...that combined with my LD taper and the short light ferrule make this the least deflecting cue I've ever tried. I'll even go so far as to say that for me, this is the best hitting, best performing cue I've ever built. I went through several racks on the shop table & was shocked how easily it pocketed balls...it really seemed as though it was on autopilot.
