* MANZINO * "EVOLUTION" ICCS "Peoples Choice" Best In Show

Wow, thank you for the updated pictures! This cue is absolutely amazing and I can only imagine it will be even more crazy to see it up close.

This is one of the cues that make me think about selling of my whole collection to buy it - that does not happen too often at all ...

Totally love the unconventional style and the use of copper in the cue!

Joerg
Hi Joerg,
It is crazy to see up close.. Bob is truely amazing..
The jewlers grade copper was an incredible choice of materials..
We spared no expense and could have used anything, but copper was the best contrast for this cue..
Someone even thinking about selling their whole collection for another cue is a great compliment by you. Thanks...
I hope you have alot of cues:smile:

Hi Ken,

Yes, I have a few :D Very bad at letting go of cues and still regret most that I sold in the beginning...kept it mostly to cues that I can play with once in a while without having to take body guards with me though.

I think it is a real challenge for cue makers to do really detailed and complex designs that still look very elegant and "together".

Great pleasure to see cues like this, at least the photos here in the gallery!

Hi Joerg,
I've had a few I reget letting go also, but you just can't keep them all..
The design challange is a difficult process. Bob has a real talent making complex designs flow and is on the cutting edge of function art.
Always a pleasure sharing pictures..

Hey Will,
I hold your opinion in the highest regard, and do appreciate the nice words. I feel fortunite to own "Evolution" and honored to have participated in the design.
It is nice to see Bob Manzino's work recognized and appreciated the same way I do. Bob has pushed himself every year to stay on the cutting edge of funtional art. Just when I thought Bob was pushed to his limit with "La Finesta", and "Eden", this monster was created by him. I give up, I can't break him :)

I do have to tell everyone that the real star of this years ICCS show was Will Prout. This guy did endless work to make this years show a booming success.
The event was ran just as I expected from Will, PERFECT...
Another thanks goes out to Tom Watters for being a super wingman for all the work he did as well..
Lastly, Bob Price has to to mentioned for hosting an amazing party at his incredible house..
Everyone should experience the ICCS show.. The best cues in the world in one place, truely memorable..
Best,
Ken Kerner

Ken i agree with every word in your post. Will, Tom and Bob were special. I knew the moment i saw this cue that it was going to be the winner. I even went so far as to tell Bob that he was a lock. Definitely one of the nicest cues i have ever seen. Wish i could of hit a few balls with it. Your design and bobs in-genius are worthy of all the praise.

Hey Bob,
It was very nice spending some time with you at the ICCS.
Bob and I appreciate that nice word about "Evolution". It is the nicest cue I've owned .. As far as hitting balls with it. I'm affraid to, because I might like it to much.. I have a habit of making them my player. If someone bumped into it, I might have to off them
I'm very happy to have participated in the cue, but Bob is the man who make the magic happen..
Best,
Ken Kerner
