Need help-Josswest cue from Erik Lee cues

Erik is a very well known cue dealer on this chatline. He has great cues at awesome prices and is very easy to deal with.

The bank wire is really very easy and secure and will be something your banker can help you with.

Recently find a nice JossWest cue from Erik Lee(http://www.erikleecues.com/index2.html) with reasonable price from my point of view.
"The Silver Leaf" cue (new unchalked cue)
As i'm lived in China, and do not have a paypal and i ask Erik if i could use my friend's paypal account to pay for the cue and shipping it to my address.
But Erik told me that "As far as payment is concerned, we have to do bank wire transfer."
Never use bank wire transfer before, but seems a bit risky.
Any advise for this matter?

Erik is a stand up guy and will not steer you wrong have did plenty of deals and friend have also no problems. He is also a member here. Thanks, Ron
