2010 Cue of the Year

We will see... but as they say...

If "ifs" and "buts" were candy and nuts, everyday would be Christmas. :D

we are sorting it out now exactly which pics to post, probably tomarrow they will be posted. If I knew how I would do it but I'm lame and it just isnt gonna happen, David (Poohkiller) took the pics and will post them. There are inlays that are so small that you need a 2X loop to see them they are drop shadows, there are 16 of them, we took a picture of a quarter next to them to show the scale of them with a 14 maga pixel camera, It took 5 1/2 months to build it.

I just sent David a email and gave him the green light to post pics up so when he has time he will. There might be a few other cues in the background, he took some fantastic shots with 3-4 cues, the focus on the main cue and the others as back ground.

I may have missed this already, but in anticipation of pictures being posted, may we know who made the cue, Eric?

From what I see cuemaking is reaching new heights year after year. From Black Boar to Manzino to Haley to Herceck and Mobley. Outrageous designs. Cutting edge technology. I have not seen another Searing posted this year that matches this one:

There has to be more cues to post. I know there are some killer Zinzola's (other than Ross's) out there.

Have a safe and Happy New Year AZ!

Chris <~~~~~~wants BOTH Sugartrees shipped to me ASAP :p

The customers who bought my fancier cues this year don't post here as far as I know. I'll post up three. The Rosewood one is my favorite cue that I made this year. The Ebony / Maple cue got me the more PM's and emails then any cue I've ever made. The last one is as close to a flawless cue that I I've ever made. I was really happy with the way this one came out.

So I like doing things a little backwards; I had Marc make this case for me then I asked Bob to make a cue worthy to go in the case:D

here's my joe callaluca "old style" davis blank conversion. we used some of the old colored plastic from paul rubino that matched the green veneer in the points. the joint and butt cap are buffalo horn to give the cue that all black look. the inlays are mother of pearl with silver barbells. badabing has the sister cue.
