Unique mech tools

Am I supposed to think you are doing all this out of altruistism? The DVD you got paid for plus royalties...the rkc billiards company..industry regulation ...and don't forget the 256 room pool hall in south Dakota? Stop drinking the punch already. You are so fake.

You know what's funny about you Rob?...You keep trying to discredit me with the things I haven't had the time to do yet....but, you over look the things I said I'd do...and did do....already. So...hmmmm...lets see here, I've accomplished quite a bit of what I said I was going to do already....but where does that leave you?....crying like a baby...about the things I HAVEN'T been able to do yet?...well, here's something for you, since you think all the things I've done so far...mean nothing....why don't YOU come up with something worth while...and market that buddy, lets see how you do with something of importance in this industry....or are you just full of your own BS...you can talk the talk...but can you walk the walk? Rob....just do SOMETHING of importance....besides getting your ass up in the morning and stuffing your face full of food...and trying to knock down me for the rest of the day on AZ. I mean....don't you have something important to do during the day....like destroying someones rails or something...posing as a table mechanic! Get a life Rob....or better yet...find a girlfriend or something...hell I don't know....maybe you need to look for a boyfriend or something....just find something productive to do with your time...you'll be much happier trust me. I'm NOT interested in you Rob....you're NOT my type!

Keep it up Rob...and you're going to end up killing this thread...and that will be on your shoulders buddy....not mine!...So, think before you post...OK?

Rob and Glen...which one of you really wants a ban?

Rob, if you go it will be for a very long time as this will be your second break.

Cut the crap, both of you.

Stop drinking the punch already. I applaud your reach in the industry, but doing it out of the goodness of your heart? You are so fake.

Threatened? You are a stepping stone.

You can delete me if that best serves your role as moderator. As the contrarian to Glen I feel obliged to call him out. This isn't a place where free speech applies as we are both saying same things. How many contributing members no longer do so solely due to the actions of one? Choose as you see fit.

Your choice.

If you proceed in the direction you've been going, I will need to act.

Free speech is what you have in your home, where the government has no control, not on a message board where you are a guest.

If anyone of us were to disrespect your home, you'd surely ask us to leave..and if not by our choice...you'd remove us.

Same here.

might give it a few more days might settle down on its own if not sorry for butting in.

If you leave then some, most or all go to Billiard Digest forum or until someone starts a mechanic forum period but this been going fine for what 3-5 years until the last few months to a year Main forum has it too EGO ON EGO only one point seen know one want's to see it from multipole angles.

Like a drill bit it only goes so deep then the flutes are packed and it has to come up for cleaning/venting then dive in again.

Maybe move it to the private forum with less people seeing it except our coworkers in stapleguns lol... Maybe less will complain and it can be talked about freely amongst the 12-15 of us in the section.

just add a thread call it all thumbs and no brains section. or stick the staple down here now double tap it.

Just a thought,
Craig

It's not productive all all, which is why I've moved to the main forum, that's where it does the best to educate the public, so they don't get ripped off with bad work, and it gives other table mechanics a better chance to showcase their work. I can't educate the public by myself, which is why I've asked everyone that does good work to post up, so people can start seeing what good work looks like, not just from me...but from everyone that does good work. More people now know what extended rails look like because of all my posts, which makes people want their rails extended...instead of double shimming the pockets. People on the main forum...now know, and understand pocket angles, and their effects...because they've been shown. But, they need to see that other people do great work as well, and that it don't come from just me, because I'm not alone in this industry.

Mr Wilson,

Maybe best if we delete the thread, it won't bother me and the forum will look and be better for it.... Mr Bond would call this forumcide

John...don't ask to drop this thread on my account buddy:grin: I think it's a good thread overall.

I posted this pic in the past but the thread got removed because of guys arguing about a table...
I have seen some very unique tools latly for moving heavy parts and equipment that would work great for handling slates and frames..
Here is one that I had a chance to snap a pic of while taking a break..

Thanks,

Speaking of carts........ you guy's have probably seen this model.
Just today as we removed cabinets and granite tops from the kitchen,
in walks the cab guy with this cart to wheel the granite out with.
I thought of Glen having to bugalug that slate in and down the stairs while I ate popcorn and drank beer. Glen, the elevator guy finally showed and all it was, was a tripped breaker. Sheeeesh. Go figure.
