Another Rake thread

With the mockery made of the original rake thread, I'd like to ask you this question:

How would you react if I decided to use the rake on short shots where I obviously did not need it.

Suppose I ran the last 5 balls using the rake, and they were all simple shots well within reach.

Would you be thrown off your game?

I think Corey Deuel has gambled sometimes where the handicap (or at least part of it) is that he has to use the bridge on every shot!

I have shot entire games with just the bridge....no cue. At one time I had a bridge shaped chalk I would use to stop me from miscrutching.

I've seen one show-boater use the brush that cleaned the tables as his bridge for every shot shooting one-handed... on a bet... and he won!

AtLarge...That's true! It was a few years ago, and Corey could only get away with it once in each town...since as soon as the "action" saw how he did it, they wouldn't bet that way anymore. It was/is a pretty good hustle.
