I was asking for a friend. If we were able to come he would be the only one playing. I don't know if he can swing it though, considering he's from across the pond...a lot to workout to get here ya know? lol

It's not uncommon for the female pool players to be seen doing a little gambling at White Diamonds. Those Louisiana boys love to find a way to give away their cash.

It is about a 7 hour drive I think. If I could afford to go, just to go, I totally would. I have never seen Chris Miller in action - I know I'm missing out... Dang it! Plus, the chances of me making any money in that tournament are slim to none considering who all shows up, but hey, you never know... LOL!

They normally have a waiting list the day of the tournament. Some people just never learn...................
128 is the normal number of entrants that they get.

I am starting to lose his eyesight ; also have a bad hip that keeps getting worse as each day passes and I'm so damn tired after playing all day and night that on the second day I can't make a ball.

I know there are some Texas guys that go to the tournament on a regular basis. James Davis Jr if I am not mistaken.
Maybe some others could mention some other names of players who hail from Texas and that will be going to the White Diamond Tournament.

We are going that is for sure but we have no clue what time we are leaving. I am in Kyu and Eugene's wedding and it is the Friday evening before so it will be the midnight run to get to Lafayette. If Amanda wants to meet us somewhere off I-10 like around Winnie cause we are going to take the ferry through Galveston and it spits us out there then she could follow us or ride with me from there don't mind. I have three people riding with me as we speak who will be at the wedding as well so that works out. I drive a Yukon so could fit another. (plus I know none of my passengers would mind a pretty girl in the car LOL) Just let me know though so I know for sure so I do not tell someone else no if they want to go. I booked a room already so that is done and do not have to worry about that cause my buddy Derrick the motherf*cking freight train is going to check in to it when he gets there before me.
Damn I wish The Super Billiards Expo wasn't the same weekend. :sorry:
