I just want to thank all of the people who were so amazingly supportive of us tonight when a nightmare situation hit the PPV system on the final day.

It was a no win situation and thanks to all of the people who were so supportive and downright cool as hell it worked out. I have no words to describe how much your kind words and selfless attitude mean to all of us who worked on the production.

I have much to say about the whole thing and plan on putting it all down when I get a chance but I just had to say thank you. For all the negative things that seem to come up about this game tonight reenforced to me how many good and understanding people there are in this game.

Thank you.

No, thank YOU. The pool world is living the dream that past generations would have killed for. This weekend was so exciting because we can now see a very promising future in the streaming world.

Alex vs. Earl playing ten ball on "the beast" will be off the hook.

It will be three of the most entertaining mouths in pool going. Alex's Earl's AND Dippy's???!!!

Oh yeah and if the stream wasn't incredible enough this weekend, it climaxed with Mr. 400 John Schmidt in the booth! I can't sleep.

Thanks for all the effort involved in putting on a GREAT event!

A couple small glitches mean nothing compared to the match we were able to witness thanks to you guys at TAR and Run-Out Media.

This was my 1'st purchase of a TAR match and certainly not my last.
You guys set the bar pretty high for yourselves after this weekend and I am sure I speak for not only myself when I say I anxiously look forward to the next challenge match you guys put on.

I hope it will be on the 10 footer.

Thanks again for a Great weekend of pool! :grin-square:

I think what justin is talking about was the situation where certain people couldn't get access to the stream due to TAR's provider having issues. After much debate justin decided to switch the stream over to a free stream so anyone to view it including those that paid and could not get in. The problem was that for those that did pay to get in would they have an issue with others viewing it for free. I paid and had no issues with this, as did many others who paid. It was the right solution and I think it worked well for everybody.

It was another great event. Earl was entertaining as all hell. I hope anyone that enjoys these events continues to support TAR. Maybe those that had a chance to view the last day for free would consider sending a little something something to TAR at theactionreport.com. even if it's something as small as a 10 dollar tip, it would go a long way towards future events.

Thanks Justin and crew. You da man.

Tar

I paid for the 3 days and I don't give a rats ass that they put the last day out there for free. Bottom line is I got my moneys worth and then some. Now get some merchandise in the store so I can show some more support:)

JCIN what else could you have done man. Only thing I was worried was the people that only watch the PPV and dont have the chat up, how were they gonna know to go to Ustream if they logged on after the fact, but then i thought about it and most people go through theactionreport.com or they will check there if there's a problem.

Great match up, they were getting it in. SVB didn't get a whooping sorry he won better than an 8:10 ratio so that's stayin in there. Race to 100 just makes 17 games look like a big gap when its not, thats why i make people come off 20 games I feel like that's the same as 2 on the wire in a race to 10.

I hope the jelly is coming in for you from the free watchers of ustream and not too many want refunds as they did get to see what they paid for or didn't pay for. Ready to see some more 10 foot action, it was nice to actually WATCH a match for once cause you never knew what was gonna happen.

Thanks Justin, Dave and Nathan, beav, and John Schmidt!

I feel for you, it never fails that something goes wrong at the worst time, huh?

I'm glad you had a alternative plan to make it all work.

Thanks again.... we all got to see a match, that we never would have had the opportunity to several years ago, if not for you and you're vision and dedication to plodding on.

Justin -

What you gave the pool world this weekend is unprecedented. I hope the whole technical fiasco from last night turns into a positive for TAR. All 2,000 viewers who have not already paid for the *free* feed last night should send their donations to TAR through Paypal at sales@theactionreport.com

You guys rock! The commentary was superb, the stream was the best ever, and the match was captivating. By far the most enjoyable TAR offering to date. Can't wait for the next one!!!!

What a great show. This is a piece of history!

I'm glad Earl toned it down on days 2 & 3 so we could focus more on his outstanding play. Maybe the "muffs" should be standard equipment for him. He was definitely more focussed with them.

Great job!

Is it possible to see the end of TAR20? I didn't get to see the ending and the interviews.

Thank you all that ran and put this match together. I enjoyed the play very much. I enjoyed Earl's sharking or wackoness...not so much. Either everyone is allowed to act like that in a match or tournament or no one is. I hope you can book more matches on a 10' table. Johnnyt

Thanks JCIN

Maybe the stream had a setback but the production was first class from my end. Worth every penny!

Thanks JCIN

I was one of the one's that paid for day 3 and waited 65 minutes for it to start. I fell asleep at Mindnight and missed the end, but what I saw was worth it to me. You deserve the $ for providing the service, we know it can go sideways sometimes. You made the right call be making it a freeplay.

Can't wait for Archer vs Strickland, that will make this look civil!

My first TAR ppv in a while and I was very impressed with the quality. Took me a few minutes to figure out that the feed had crapped out and then I was on with the rest of the freebies.

Super job and great match to watch.

I agree,

The production of this event was first class and with the issues Justin had to deal with on the final day I really hope it was a win/win for everyone, especially TAR.

Thanks again TAR, looking forward to the next available match.

Cheers.

You guys are awesome Justin...everyone involved needs a good pat on the back... This is my 2nd or 3rd TAR purchase...
Great job...The pool world woudn't be the same without you guys!!
