UPS Store in the Flamingo Casino

Would you consider air 3 day select or are you referring to 2nd day or quicker? It gets pretty pricey bumping it up from ground, but I would agree the handling it probably better the quicker it is shipped.

Matt

To answer for HEH, yeah that is what it means. You have it shipped to their real facility (not an "authorized" drop off center) and have them hold it there for your and your insurance is valid until you pick it up.

Use any method that gets it there off the ground.

Also, Craig is making a valid point, and were it me, his method is the method I would use (at the hotel I'm staying at), but you are/were asking about the safest and most insured manner and hold for delivery at the shipping facility leaves it insured until you pick it up. I'm sure Craig has never had a problem with his method, and the casino probably has pretty good controls in place, but I'm also sure if you go to pick it up and get met with a blank stare instead of your sticks you are SOL.

Thanks

If it were me (and its not) I ship NOTHING ground, not ground UPS, nor FedEx nor USPS. IMO, after 13 years of shipping valuables, the quality in handing by all carriers, air over ground, is ALWAYS worth the extra expense.

UPS ground and UPS air are handled through the same distribution network for most of the trip.

FedEx ground and air are almost like two different companies.

This is the most reliable. I would guess both of them have a depot at McCarran

When you say this do you mean you ship to the Fed Ex Hub for them to hold until you pick it up and they are responsible until this happens? If so which hub do you use since there are several around there?

Yes, they are responsible, you will need proper ID to pick up your shipment. The Cheyenne Ave. or the Sahara Ave. locations are open on Saturday and offer the hold for pick-up option. There may be more, but these two for sure.

Thanks. I ship almost exclusively USPS myself and I think Priority Mail is almost always the way to go.

Thanks again
